2011 Graduates
Morgan Butera, granddaughter of Pat &
Bill Rucker, is graduating from Dearborn High School in Dearborn, MI. Morgan will be attending Henry Ford Community
College in the fall to pursue a degree in Criminal Justice.
Sarah Morgan Harlan, granddaughter of Hester
Thacker, will graduate with honors from Penn State University on May 15th with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary
Education.
Ryan Kissinger, son of Richard & Nancy
Kissinger, is graduating from WWHS on May 28th. Ryan will be attending the US Air Force Acdemy in Colorado Springs,
CO starting June 23rd. He will be pursuing a degree in Environmental Engineering.
Christina Fairlie Knight, granddaughter
of John & Marcia Fairlie, received a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance on June
10, 2011 from Santa Clara
University Leavey School of Business in California.
Marjorie Grace McCoy, daughter of Dr. &
Mrs. Jim McCoy, graduated from WWHS with honors on May 28, 2011. Marjorie kept a 4.0 average throughout her academic
career from kindergarten on. She will attend Marshall University and has been accepted into the Freshman Honors program.
Marjorie intends to major in Chemistry, and her future career goals are to attend medical school and become involved in medical
missions efforts.
Jessica Sara Morris, daughter of Kevin &
Sara Morris, and granddaughter of June Morris, graduated from WWHS on May 28, 2011. Jessica will be attending West Virginia
University in the fall to pursue a degree in Veterinary Medicine.
Presley Parkes, granddaughter of Pat &
Bill Rucker, is graduating from Millbrook High School in Winchester, VA. Presley will be attending Davidson College
in the fall to pursue a degree in Veterinary Science.
Rossen Alexander Sigmund, chosen son of Rebecca Sigmund of Roswell, GA, graduated
from Brandon Hall School in Atlanta, GA on May 26, 2011. Grandmother, Gerry Sigmund, attended the graduation.
Rossen has been accepted to attend Georgia Perimeter College, Georgia Military College, and Andrew College. No
decision has been made yet.
Julie Ann Sniadowski, daughter of Don &
Susan Sniadowski, is graduating from WWHS on May 28th. Julie will be attending the University of Kentucky in Lexington,
KY in the fall to pursue a degree in Architecture.
Katherine Lee Sniadowski, daughter of Don
& Susan Sniadowski, is graduating from WWHS on May 28th. Kate will be attending Berea College in Berea, KY in the
fall to pursue a degree in Art Education.
Daniel Trader, son of David & Helen
Trader, has graduated from West Virginia Wesleyan College with a BA in Psychology, with minors in Biology and Chemistry.
He just returned from the John Knox Center in Ten Mile, TN where he was a naturalist/environment educator. Daniel will
spend the summer working as a camp counselor at the Montgomery Center in Starke, FL. The Calvin Center in GA has hired
Daniel with a job starting in August 2011 through May 2012.
